You can cancel your purchase order within a period of one month without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our obligation to inform acording Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The cancelation period is sufficient if you send the cancellation or the goods in time. The cancellation must be sent to:

The consequences of rescission:
In the case of a cancellation the received goods must return. In the case you give us the received goods back ether complete or in part, only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay compensation. However, this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively effected by its inspection - as it would be done in a retail store. For deterioration which effected by the handling according the intended purpose you have not to pay any compensation. The items are to be reshipped at your risk. You have to bear the costs of reshipping if the delivered goods are in accordance to the items purchased and if the price of the item not exceed a price of 40 ,- EUR. Otherwise, the reshipping is free of charge. Not shippable items are picked up by us. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days.
The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us upon receipt. The right does not apply to goods that are produced according to customer specifications and products that are tailored to the individual needs of the customer.
